      Job Description

      • Coordinate and manage interview schedules for virtual and on-site meetings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across multiple time zones.
      • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and stakeholders, providing clear communication and a smooth experience throughout the process.
      • Arrange travel and host candidates on-site, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
      • Maintain precise records in the ATS and assist with onboarding and training related to scheduling tools.
      • Collaborate with global recruiting teams across Europe, the US, South America, and APAC to ensure seamless operations.
      • Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
      • Prepare interview setups and advise the Talent Acquisition team on candidate agendas.
      • Identify process improvements and contribute to projects that enhance candidate experience and drive innovation.

      • Exceptional organizational skills with a structured approach to managing priorities and deadlines.
      • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

      • Proven track record of building strong relationships with global teams and stakeholders.
      • Proactive, solution-focused mindset combined with a positive attitude.
      • Growth-oriented and eager to learn, innovate, and contribute to continuous improvement.
      • Creative approach to enhancing the candidate experience and finding new solutions.
      • Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage but not essential.
