The Service Hub is where Vontobel's key support processes are delivered. We are looking for a new team member who sees each client interaction as a possibility to deliver an outstanding client experience exceeding their expectations with each interaction

What would your role be?

• Provide exceptional cash desk services to clients at the Zurich location
• Ensure seamless business operations by efficiently processing client transactions at the cash desk
• Facilitate the buying and selling of foreign currency
• Perform daily control and reconciliation of cash holdings
• Generate and review transaction reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage the opening and access to safe deposit boxes for clients
• Support the Client Services Team with various operational tasks as required

What are we looking for?

• Experience in leading or guiding a team to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration
• Completed banking apprenticeship with 3-5 years of relevant banking experience, ideally in roles involving direct client interaction (e.g., experience at a cash desk)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding client service, in line with Vontobel’s Client Experience Standards
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with a hands-on approach, strong teamwork skills, and a keen willingness to learn and grow
• Fluency in both German and English with effective communication abilities; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
