We are looking for a talented and passionate , to join our dynamic kitchen brigade for the day shift. Located in a prestigious 5-star hotel with 5 dining outlets, you will be at the heart of culinary innovation and high-quality service. YOUR MISSIONS
High-quality culinary preparation: You will be responsible for preparing and setting up dishes, ensuring they meet W’s standards
Station management: As a Chef de Partie, you will supervise a team of commis and demi-chefs de partie, ensuring tasks are efficiently allocated for smooth and fast service
Maintaining quality and hygiene: You will ensure the quality of the products and adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
Participation in innovation: You will bring new ideas and be proactive in improving kitchen processes in collaboration with the team
Ensuring communication with other departments: You will work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a flawless customer experience
PROFILE
You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-end gastronomic environment (5-star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, etc.)
Passion and culinary creativity: You are passionate about gastronomy, with a strong desire to refine your skills and add your personal touch to dish creation
Excellent organizational skills: You are methodical, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining an impeccable attention to detail
