Chef de Rang / Sommelier (long term)

• As Sommelier, you will assist the B&F Manager for the creation and update of the wine lists for the entire hotel and be particularly strong in Swiss/Europeans wines
• Creativity will be required so will your ability to talk and share your knowledge with both guests and talents
• This Sommelier role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills by working alongside outstanding professionals with international hospitality experience
• You will also help the waiters to serve Beverage & Food items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner
• You will aid in clearing tables during service
• You will aid in maintaining the proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment

PROFILE

• Fluency in English and French is essential and experience within a luxury 5* environment would be desirable
• Experience in a similar position
• You should hold a Diploma or at minimum a certificate from an international organization
• You should be highly motivated
