• Prepare your station
• Present the menu and announce the daily specials or special offers
• Serve dishes according to Mandarin Oriental service standards
• Check on customer satisfaction
• Monitor service throughout the meal
• Welcome and serve customers in accordance with the hospitality principles of a 5-star hotel, respecting the expectations of the Mandarin Oriental Group and Swiss Deluxe
• Adhere to and apply the Mandarin Oriental principles set out in ‘Our Commitments’

As we expect from you:

• A passion for service and attention to detail
• Previous kitchen experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment preferred
• Team spirit, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow
• Good communication skills and a flexible attitude
• Fluency in English and French, another European language is a plus
• A valid Swiss work permit or EU passport
