Your Role:
As a Senior Chemist R&D, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing robust chemical processes for clinical and commercial pharmaceutical products. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will combine scientific expertise, project leadership, and industrial mindset to deliver scalable and sustainable manufacturing solutions.

You bring:
PhD or MSc in Organic Chemistry, Process Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
Significant experience (5+ years) in pharmaceutical process development, ideally within a CDMO or GMP manufacturing environment.
Strong expertise in synthetic organic chemistry, reaction mechanisms, process optimization, and scale-up.
Good knowledge of Design of Experiments (DoE), Quality by Design (QbD), Process Analytical Technology (PAT), and statistical data analysis.
Experience supporting technology transfer from laboratory to pilot or commercial manufacturing.
Solid understanding of GMP requirements and ICH guidelines.
Excellent problem-solving and scientific reasoning skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including customer interactions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high scientific standards.
Fluency in English and French.
