We are looking for a Chief Compliance Officer to join an investment management firm in Zurich.

Chief Compliance Officer - Investment Management

About the role:

• Lead, manage, and develop the Compliance team (4 direct reports)
• Oversee the firm's compliance framework in line with Swiss regulations (e.g., FINMA requirements)
• Act as the primary contact with regulators and external stakeholders
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on regulatory developments and compliance risks
• Design, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance
• Conduct compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and internal reviews
• Deliver training and promote a strong compliance culture across the firm
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting

About the candidate:

• Proven experience in a senior Compliance leadership role within an investment management firm in Switzerland (must-have)
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss financial regulations and regulatory bodies
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in German and English (must-have)
• Legal, finance, or related academic background
• Additional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CFA, or equivalent) are advantageous
