• Zurich Canada is currently looking for a 6 month contract Call Centre Senior Representative to process routine and complex first reports of loss and handle specialized projects on cutting-edge initiatives
• Reporting to the Claims Call Centre Manager, you will interact closely with internal and external business partners to provide timely and high-quality service. Handle complex technical duties and specialized/pilot projects for commercial lines of business., • Manage intake of claims involving Centers of Expertise lawsuits., • Monitor and manage resources/cash within defined procedures., • Interact closely with internal business partners, including Underwriters, Account Managers, and specialized claims personnel in a professional and positive manner., • Collaborate with external business partners, including Agents/Brokers, in a professional and productive manner., • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory controls relevant to standard work practices within the region., • Meet established departmental quality, phone availability, and productivity objectives., • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Manager or other members of the Management team., • Maintain regular and predictable attendance., • Participate in business travel and mandatory overtime during peak periods, shift work, and holiday work as required

Job Qualifications - What you bring to the table

• Required:, High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in Customer Service , OR , Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree with no prior experience required in Customer Service, AND , Intermediate customer service experience required
• Preferred:, • Minimum of 2 years contact center experience, • Insurance knowledge is an asset

The salary range for this position is 50,000 - 60,000.This range reflects the expected pay for the role across Canada and may vary depending on factors like office location, specific responsibilities, and individual qualifications. As required by local law, Zurich provides in good faith a reasonable compensation range, but starting salaries may exceed this range based on a candidate’s skills and experience
