We are looking for an initiative, independent and persuasive personality who is willing to take on great responsibility, to generate structured product leads and to build partnerships with internal clients through a systematic approach

What would your role be?

• Engage in daily interactions with internal stakeholders through personal meetings, calls, events and professional networks
• Act as a sparring partner for relationship managers and participate in sales and investment meetings to present structured product ideas
• Consistently deliver new ideas and fresh perspectives to relationship managers and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNWI) clients
• Prepare investment proposals and pitches for Private Clients and run client meetings together with relationship managers
• Offer, explain and promote a comprehensive range of structured products and solutions while showcasing cross-asset expertise
• Listen to and understand client needs, transforming them into concrete investment solutions
• Leverage Vontobel platforms to foster internal cross-selling opportunities
• Inspire colleagues and clients with your passion for the markets and capacity for innovation

What are we looking for?

• University degree in finance and at least 5 years of as a sales or structurer with a focus on Structured Products and Derivatives
• Ability to adjust according to audience as we communicate to clients across different regions and channels, across format that range from one to one meeting to key note speeches
• Conviction to achieve our goals with our business partners
• Willingness to work within an organization with a high sales and outgoing approach
• Highly motivated team player, with strong analytical skills, willingness to take ownership on several tasks and proficient in modern IT applications (MS office, Bloomberg, etc.)
• Willingness to support the team in marketing material, weekly reports and deritrade content maintenance
• Flexible, proactive, open-minded attitude, with a strong desire to improve things
• Excellent knowledge and experience in financial markets and instruments, portfolio management and investments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, English, along with strong skills in client-facing presentations. Spanish would be strong asset
