Client Relationship Manager Assistant

As Assistant Relationship Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you will be an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) by actively assisting them in managing client relationships and by taking care of day-to-day client business. In addition, you will provide seamless client experiences by efficient carrying out administrative, operational, and compliance-related tasks.

• Provide day-to-day support in administrative and commercial activities
• Responding to client enquiries by email or telephone
• Perform account openings, closings and other documentations
• Prepare client meetings and occasionally events
• Monitor client portfolios, handle client orders, handle asset maturities and corporate actions
• Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.

• University degree in finance or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education
• At least 3 years of practical experience in the field of Private Banking
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to weigh problems and set priorities
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational skills and capability to work independently
• Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
• Fluency in English; Fluency in Russian and/or German is a plus
