As a Host, you take ownership of delivering authentic, personalized, and impactful experiences, by living our behaviors, and leave a lasting emotional impression on our guests. As a manager/director, you facilitate support across the organization as needed to ensure efficiency and continuous improvements, creating an innovative and stimulating environment where we all deliver an authentic, personalized, impactful and lasting impact on our guests, and colleagues acting as a role model, leading by example guided by our behaviors

      We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Director to lead the commercial functions of our 2 properties. This pivotal role will oversee Sales, Reservations, Revenue Management, E-commerce, and Event sales, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s positioning and long-term business objectives. With a strong focus on digitalization, process optimization, and performance measurement, the Commercial Director will play a key role in setting up structures, training teams, and driving revenue growth across all channels, while also executing and being a key contact for the markets

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

      • Your managerial responsibilities include planning, organization, staffing, directing, controlling and developing your team. As Manager/Director you proactively take full operational responsibility for your area and your team, you regularly recognize, encourage and follow up on all team member’s behaviors and skills
      • Define and implement the hotel’s commercial strategy to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability. • Ensure alignment of sales, marketing, and revenue initiatives with the overall brand positioning. • Drive digital transformation across commercial functions with a strong KPI and data-driven culture
      • Lead and develop the sales team to target key markets, corporate clients, and high-value segments. • Actively develop and maintain key markets • Oversee the reservations department, ensuring efficient processes, guest-centric communication, and upselling optimization. • Establish strategic partnerships to enhance visibility and demand generation
      • Collaborate closely with the Revenue Manager to define pricing strategies, distribution mix, and inventory controls. • Oversee e-commerce activities, optimizing online distribution, direct booking performance, and ROI. • Leverage data analytics to forecast demand and adjust commercial tactics
      • Lead the digitalization of commercial activities, including CRM, online campaigns, and marketing automation. • Monitor key performance indicators and reporting dashboards to guide decision-making
      • Build, train, and mentor commercial teams to achieve excellence and accountability. • Review and optimize systems, processes, and tools across departments for maximum efficiency. • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless guest experiences and consistent messaging
      • Team Development & Process Optimization
      • Apply all procedures and standards, and immediately apply continued improvements • Apply and keep yourself updated on all health, safety and security standards • Apply best sustainable practices according to the hotels’ standards • Keep yourself updated on all offers, services and events at the hotels • Keep yourself updated about what is going on in Geneva to share it • Live and promote the values of the hotels • Keep the modern image of the hotels and always protect their reputation (social media included)
      • Lead by example and role model our behaviors • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring • Schedule and prepare for monthly salary • Develop a motivated team as a team of individuals and regularly recognize, encourage and follow up on all team member’s behaviours and skills • Train team members on upselling, cross-selling, and upgrades. • Ensure the team is trained aligned with hotels standards and behaviors. • Work with the management team on improvements to maintain a high level of quality for our guests • Ensure team knowledge and follow health, safety and security protocols • Ensure the team knowledge of both hotels services, events, Geneva in general and local happenings • Live, act and promote the image and values of hotels reputation, including social media

      Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role within luxury hospitality. • Strong knowledge of sales, revenue management, reservations, e-commerce with an emphasis on digital channels, marketing knowledge is a plus. • Track record of leading digital transformation projects and implementing KPI-driven strategies. • Excellent leadership, training, and team development skills. • Analytical and strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and hands-on execution skills • Fluent in French and English (other languages a plus). • Team oriented • Good Communicator • Detail oriented • Flexible

      Location: Geneva on property – 4 days/week in office expected. Hybrid work possible 1 day/week Travel: regular travel for sales and development purposes
