Commercial Director

As a manager/director, you facilitate support across the organization as needed to ensure efficiency and continuous improvements, creating an innovative and stimulating environment where we all deliver an authentic, personalized, impactful and lasting impact on our guests, and colleagues acting as a role model, leading by example guided by our behaviors
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Director to lead the commercial functions of our 2 properties. This pivotal role will oversee Sales, Reservations, Revenue Management, E-commerce, and Event sales, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s positioning and long-term business objectives. With a strong focus on digitalization, process optimization, and performance measurement, the Commercial Director will play a key role in setting up structures, training teams, and driving revenue growth across all channels, while also executing and being a key contact for the markets
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role within luxury hospitality. • Strong knowledge of sales, revenue management, reservations, e-commerce with an emphasis on digital channels, marketing knowledge is a plus. • Track record of leading digital transformation projects and implementing KPI-driven strategies. • Excellent leadership, training, and team development skills. • Analytical and strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and hands-on execution skills • Fluent in French and English (other languages a plus). • Team oriented • Good Communicator • Detail oriented • Flexible
Location: Geneva on property – 4 days/week in office expected. Hybrid work possible 1 day/week Travel: regular travel for sales and development purposes
