Application is available to all Sunrise Shop Agents & is ramping up capabilities for shops and all other agent sales channels.       YOUR CHALLENGE:

      • Customer Journey Design: Map, design, and optimize digital commercial journeys (e.g., plan purchase, device upgrade, add-ons, bundling) for B2C and/or B2B customers
      • Platform Optimization: Collaborate with platform owners and developers to deliver enhancements that improve conversion, reduce friction, and align with sales targets
      • Campaign Enablement: Translate marketing and sales offers into effective digital journeys on eCommerce or sales platforms
      • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and A/B test results to continuously refine the commercial journey experience
      • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with UX, product, and IT teams to deliver seamless front-end and back-end integration
      • Sales Enablement: Ensure digital journeys reflect real-time commercial availability (pricing, inventory, eligibility) and support omnichannel sales
      • Compliance & Accessibility: Ensure journeys meet quality, accessibility, and brand standards

      YOUR SKILLS:

      • Interest in commercial topics, innovation, digital transformation, telecom, technology
      • Experience with personalization engines or AI-driven recommendation systems.
      • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
      • Team player
      • Willingness to take initiative
      • Ability to work independently on given tasks without close supervision
      • Proficiency in English and a native German, Italian or French speaker
