We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Commissioning Manager who will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our commission structures and payout systems. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate tracking, efficient payouts, and alignment with company goals. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing compensation strategies, analyzing performance data, and ensuring transparent cross-department communication.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• You analyze sales and revenue figures and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to identify key revenue drivers and define performance metrics
• You develop commission models, including commission tiers, bonus structures, and long-term compensation strategies for various roles
• You conduct regular benchmarks, review commission structures for alignment with corporate objectives, and assess their impact on profitability
• You design a precise system for tracking and paying commissions in collaboration with Beqom software and our data warehouse
• You implement automated workflows that minimize errors and enable transparent, real-time visibility into commissions
• You define clear payment deadlines and approval processes and ensure transparent procedures for commission calculation and payouts
• You continuously strive to improve efficiency and transparency in collaboration between Sales, Finance, and IT

YOUR SKILLS:

• Higher level of education is required: Bachelor's & Master's degree in a relevant field 
• You take a proactive approach and full end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks
• You have a hands-on mentality and the ability to manage tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
• You possess strong analytical skills and proven experience in developing business case models
• You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and interact effectively and confidently with senior leadership
• You have in-depth knowledge of commission processes, standards, and relevant regulations
• You bring several years of experience as a Commissioning Manager or in a similar role
• Proficiency in German at a minimum of B2 level is required
