The Opportunity
Execute the organizational unit’s assurance obligations in line with the Zurich Canada Compliance Program., • Plan, design, and execute internal assurance testing end to end, in alignment with Group standards, including risk analysis, control testing, and clear documentation of results., • Monitor the resolution of assurance findings and support the implementation of action plans to address identified risks., • Work with a multidisciplinary team on Group assessments, leveraging diverse skills and perspectives., • Support the preparation of reporting materials for governance committees and business management., • Act as a business partner, providing advisory insights on risk, governance, and compliance best practices., • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders across the organization., • Champion improvements to the regulatory compliance framework by embracing new technologies and data analytics., • Participate in ad hoc compliance projects, offering support and expertise as needed
