Asset Management Consultant (80-100%)

We are looking for an experienced professional to strengthen our Development department. In this key role, you will contribute to the strategic and operational management of our real estate portfolio in French‑speaking Switzerland. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners in a dynamic, business‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Implement the real estate strategy and actively contribute to its further development.
  
• Manage and develop the existing real estate portfolio across Switzerland.
  
• Oversee all administrative, operational, and contractual processes related to the properties.
  
• Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, management companies, authorities, and external partners.
  
• Manage the full lifecycle of leases and land‑use rights, including durations, renewals, rent adjustments, and negotiations.
  
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize real estate‑related contracts.
  
• Conduct tenant search activities and ensure optimal occupancy of available spaces.
  
• Prepare market analyses, reporting documentation, and internal presentations.
  
• Support the preparation of files requiring legal expertise related to real estate.
  
• Provide solid strategic recommendations to assist decision‑making at management level.
  

What You Need to Be Successful

• 
  
• Recognized education in real estate (Federal Diploma, professional certificate, or equivalent qualification).
  
• Several years of successful professional experience in Asset Management or real estate management.
  
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, ideally with an active network in French‑speaking Switzerland.
  
• Languages: Native French speaker with perfect command of English. German is a strong additional asset.
  
• Proven ability to negotiate, draft, and review contracts with precision.
  
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex files independently and in a structured manner.
  
• Reliable, committed, flexible personality with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset.
  
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
