• Work on strategic, risk, regulatory, compliance and legal projects in the Swiss financial services sector
• Prepare workshops and contribute to client discussions
• Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and support the design of optimized workflows, operating models
• Review, define risk and control frameworks
• Assist project teams in areas such as enforcement matters, restructuring, insolvency, and resolution processes

Who We Are Looking For

• Master’s degree or close to graduation with an excellent academic record, university degree in business administration, economics, finance, law, engineering or similar
• Initial professional experience through internships or working student positions. Experience from a consulting/ legal/ regulatory/ financial services company are considered a plus
• Strong analytical, quantitative, conceptual skills
• Team player, open-minded personality
• Great communication skills
• Fluent German and English, any other language is considered as an advantage
