Key Responsibilities

• Lead, consult, design, and implement automation solutions using (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, AI Center, etc.)
• Work across the process discovery, requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support
• Develop , integrating to enable context-aware and goal-driven process execution

intelligent automation agents

• UiPath with AI services and LLMs
• Collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, and business analysts to understand needs and transform them into scalable automation solutions
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and ensure high-quality delivery in line with best practices and project goals
• Contribute to internal knowledge building and the continuous improvement of automation delivery standards within the team

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• 2–3 years of professional experience in
• RPA/Process Automation with UiPath
• Familiarity with agentic automation concepts and interest in working with
• LLMs and AI-driven process orchestration
• Strong understanding of business processes and experience translating them into automation workflows
• or certification is a
• plus (or similar certifications)
• Fluent in English and either German (C1), French (C1) or Italian (C1), depending on the location
• Language skills:
• Valued skills and experience
• Experience with (e.g., UiPath SDKs, custom activities, APIs)
• custom component development
• Knowledge of (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain)
• Experience with and automation opportunity identification
• Understanding of , version control (e.g., Git), and test automation in UiPath
