Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Business Solution Manager (m/w/d)

Techfirm is partnering with a global leader in pharma CDMO services, to recruit a senior interim CLM Business Solution Manager. This pivotal role supports the rollout of a strategic Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiative across the global operations.

You will lead the validation of the proof-of-concept (PoC), align and optimize business processes, and engage key stakeholders across Procurement, Quality, and Contract functions. While the technical system configuration is managed by external partners, your focus will be on ensuring business requirements are fully captured, processes are streamlined, compliance protocols met, and knowledge transferred effectively to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee PoC execution with cross-functional teams
• Validate CLM tool capabilities against business needs and support the business case
• Lead workshops to align and optimize business processes with the CLM solution
• Manage stakeholder engagement and requirements prioritization
• Oversee testing preparation and ensure compliance with Computer System Validation (CSV) standards
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and transition planning to permanent system ownership

Candidate Profile:

• 7+ years’ experience in business process management or solution ownership within Pharma/Health Sciences
• Strong understanding of CLM processes in procurement, quality, and contract administration (non-legal focus)
• Experience with PoC initiatives, vendor evaluation, and digital solution implementations
• Familiarity with CLM tools such as Icertis, Agiloft, Veeva, or DocuSign CLM
• Knowledge of CSV principles and GxP compliance in system testing
• Proven ability to engage global stakeholders and manage functional requirements
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent in English; experience in matrix and regulated environments
