Credit Controller

• This position involves close cooperation with cross-functional teams to enhance process transparency, ensure compliance with internal policies, and support the stability of financial operations
• Develop Credit Policy and Procedures
• Accounts Receivable monitoring and DSO management
• Support sales team in the collections activities
• Advise on and develop credit risk mitigation tools
• Engagement in cash flow forecasting
• Monitor and control changes to payment terms and pricing in SAP in line with company policies
• Perform independent control over the process of unblocking customer orders
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of control mechanisms in SAP, including automated approval workflows
• Regularly review and manage user access rights within the system
• Monitor credit risks and support financial discipline across operations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on finance-related matters
• Required qualifications
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Understanding of working capital and cash flow dynamics
• Relevant experience in finance, credit control, or a similar function
• Practical experience with SAP is an advantage
• Understanding of financial processes and internal control principles
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
