You will participate in maintenance or renewal projects for the hydroelectric facilities throughout the complex. You will assist the maintenance manager in preparing and monitoring technical files for major maintenance operations. You will also act as project manager for one-off operations
Develop and produce complete technical files, mainly in the mechanical or hydraulic fields, from the preliminary design phase to commissioning, including organization, planning, budget monitoring, and completion of work
Participate in studies or improvements to facilities
Analyze and investigate the causes of failures and propose technical improvements or modifications to the maintenance plan
Participate in providing technical support to staff at power plants in carrying out their work
Participate in the integration and updating of our CMMS system
Participate in the development of our ISO 9000 quality system
Monitor and update technical documentation
Your profile
You have a Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC) in mechanics and a technician's diploma or a federal certificate or diploma in mechanics, or equivalent training
You have a good knowledge of hydroelectric production machinery and IT tools (MS Office, Project, CAD, CAM, CMMS)
You have several years of experience in mechanical maintenance or hydroelectric power plants and have participated in overhauls or modernization projects
You have proven experience in project preparation or management in the mechanical or hydraulic field and have actively participated in project implementation
You have organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure, enabling you to manage several tasks at the same time
You are motivated, independent, versatile, dynamic, responsible, and ready to invest yourself in your work
Knowledge of German and English would be an advantage
