Join Kepler Cheuvreux’s Corporate Access team and help build the moments where the market connects. You’ll plan and execute standout virtual and in-person events that unite C-suites, IR teams, institutional investors, and ECM stakeholders. We’re not simply organising events, we’re creating the rooms where decisions get made and deals take shape. YOUR ROLE:

You will be the chief architect and on-the-ground execution lead for high-stakes corporate and investor virtual and in-person events with a focus on the Benelux region and responsibilities across Europe.

This is a highly visible position where you will interact daily with C-Suite executives, Investor Relations professionals, and leading Institutional Investors, ensuring a flawless experience for everyone involved.

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our most important investor events:

• Organise and manage a diverse portfolio of events including corporate roadshows (deal and non-deal), analyst roadshows, conferences, field trips, and bespoke investor meetings, both virtual and in-person (local and international).
• Build investor target lists, craft invitations, and design crisp, workable itineraries and schedules.
• Act as the central point of contact, ensuring clear, timely communication among all stakeholders, including IR teams, institutional investors, and ECM partners.
• Prepare, maintain, and polish all essential marketing collateral and presentation materials for high-level meetings and events.
• Oversee all on-the-day logistics, acting as a welcoming host and ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Collect investor feedback post-event.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings to brief teams on event bookings, corporate access priorities, and investor engagement updates.

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS:

• Fluency in Dutch (Flemish), English and French: confident writing and leading meetings in all three.
• Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder-management skills with a strong sense of ownership and service.
• Ability to anticipate roadblocks, juggle multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Teams; quick to learn proprietary tools (CRM).
• Experience with budget tracking and vendor management for events.
• Bonus: prior experience in Corporate Access or Event Management, tech-savvy mindset and an interest in financial markets.
