• Handle the end-to-end process of voluntary and mandatory corporate actions
• including tender and exchange offers, capital increases, dividend choices and reinvestment as well as client notifications in various languages by using templates
• Act as a point of contact for clients, providing them with timely updates and information regarding corporate actions
• Analyze data related to corporate actions, prepare reports, and ensure the accuracy of all related records
• Ensure all corporate actions are processed in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Identify and mitigate any risks associated with the process
• Work closely with other departments, such as , to ensure seamless processing of corporate actions
• cash managers, settlement, tax and processing teams as well as execution department
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes and systems related to corporate actions

What are we looking for?

• You hold a Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing mandatory and voluntary corporate actions within a financial institution
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• To be Vontobel: Ability to enjoy working independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus
