Global VP Communication & Image

• How You Will Create a Beautiful Impact
• Develop and execute an innovative, end-to-end digital Onboarding experience for all employees, globally to reflect the core values of the company and standardize the process for all new joiners
• Manage and enhance the internal company online portal (the employees’ intranet site) and coordinate contributions from across the business
• Support the HR department in the delivery of video materials for all Global HR team initiatives
• Develop comprehensive measurement of HR communications activity and produce a reporting dashboard
• Support the digital roll-out of the Diversity & Inclusion agenda across the company
• Support the organization of Internal Events (Worldwide meetings…)
• Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility via all channels (Corporate media, Linkedin…), in full alignment with the Group Corporate strategy
• Manage media relations, including drafting press releases and coordinating interviews
• Oversee the creation of corporate presentations, reports, and other communication materials
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align corporate messaging with brand campaigns
• Manage crisis communication at a Global level
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and conferences
• What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent
• 5 years minimum experience in a Corporate / Internal communications environment, with a strong digital focus
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in human resources, communications, digital marketing or related field
• Strong understanding of employee communications channels, particularly digital
• Strong understanding of the drivers of employee engagement
• A confident, initiative-taker, with a very high degree of energy
• Dedicated team player with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Spoken and written fluency in English required, other languages an advantage
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters
• Capable of visual storytelling and message simplification
• An ambitious individual, eager to learn and take responsibility for projects
