      Assist in collecting, organizing, and validating sustainability data from Franke entities worldwide, • Support the administration of sustainability reporting systems and databases (e.g. Intelex), including data quality checks and documentation, • Assist with the collection and analysis of sustainability data, including greenhouse gas emissions and other environmental metrics, • Support the preparation of sustainability reports, presentations, and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders, • Assist in preparing submissions for ESG ratings, assessments, and sustainability initiatives (e.g. CDP, EcoVadis, UN Global Compact), • Conduct research on sustainability topics, reporting requirements, emission factors, and industry best practices, • Contribute to sustainability projects in collaboration with functions such as Procurement, Operations, and Product Management, • Assist in developing communication, training, and awareness materials related to sustainability reporting and ESG topics, • Support coordination activities, including stakeholder follow-up, document management, and tracking deliverables, • Assist with benchmarking, gap assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives related to sustainability reporting and, data management

      Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering,, Business, or a related field, • Strong analytical mindset and interest in environmental data and corporate sustainability, • Familiarity with topics such as the GHG Protocol, life cycle assessment (LCA), or carbon footprinting is a plus, • Proficient in Excel and comfortable handling quantitative datasets, • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is an asset, • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in an international team
