      • As a Customer Care & Supply Chain Representative you will be the central link between the customer, operations, sales team to ensure customer needs are met in the most efficient and cost-effective way. Build relationship with Customer, act as the Voice Of the Customer within Givaudan and manage the sales order process through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates
      • You will be based in Kemptthal and reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager Europe and SAMEA
      • Manage the sales order process for several assigned customers following Customer Care gidelines
      • Be the entry point for all escalations where Customer Care Rep and Planning Rep did not find a suitable solution
      • Release all complaints after verification
      • Manage end-to-end new wins / trial orders
      • Focus on customers following Commercial expectations
      • Join sales for customer visits as an expert to inform customers about the possibilities in a way or when there is a critical situation, such as an escalation or a complaint
      • Provide customer with necessary solutions - from a supply chain perspective - to prevent issue from happening again

      Your professional profile includes:

      • High School or Secondary Education
      • 3 years in the industry including customer-facing role
      • Business Fluent in English and German; as an advantage additional language skills
      • Knowledge of SAP and associated processes
      • Demonstrated Customer Relationship Management
      • Basic Inventory Management knowledge
      • Understanding of Incoterms and Shipping Terminology
      • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, (white/yellow belt)
