The role leads root cause analysis and quality case management for gas-insulated switchgear, working directly with customers to resolve and prevent quality issues.

Tasks

• Lead root cause analysis in GIS quality cases
• Drive quality cases affecting multiple customers
• Own internal and external customer complaints and ensure fast, sustainable solutions
• Manage bigger quality cases and drive improvement implementation
• Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Run sustainable improvement projects to prevent recurring quality issues
• Support or lead on-site investigations and prepare method statements

Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in electrical power systems
• Background in quality function or project management in gas-insulated switchgear
• Profound understanding of project management practices
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and tools (8D, A3, etc.)
• Experience in commissioning GIS systems is a plus
• Fluent English required, German and other languages beneficial
• Good communication and cultural sensitivity
