Customer Service Administrator 100% (temporary contract until May 31st, 2026)

Job Description

• Complete products returns process from creation through crediting and filing
• Assist in verifying documents for archiving purpose
• Sending shipping documents to customers
• Generating or sending reports to required recipients
• Act as support to the Customer Data Steward in saving electronically all files related to customers agreements, new customer notification forms, price updates
• Act as support to the Customer Data Steward team by opening new surgeons and in following up on not yet proctored surgeons
• Assist with answering and forwarding incoming phone calls

Your profile

• Completed administrative/commercial education (or similar)
• Working experience within a Customer Service department, preferably within an international organization is preferred
• Very good English skills - both spoken and written. French and/or German skills are preferred. Every other language is a plus
• Proficient computer and MS Office skills
• Stress resistant, reliable and flexible personality with very good communication skills
• Open minded as well as service oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Applications or Oracle ERP is a plus
