      Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

      • Kommunikationsschnittstelle für den Bereich Reparaturen für unsere Kunden, den Außendienst, das europäische Reparaturzentrum und externer Dienstleister
      • Administrative Bearbeitung der Reparaturen für Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz inklusive Annahme, Versendung und Abrechnung
      • Aufbau und Pflege einer vertrauensvollen Beziehung zu Key-Kunden
      • Erfassung und Verwaltung der Aufträge für unserer externer Dienstleister in unserem Einkaufssystem
      • Bearbeitung der Reparatureingangsrechnungen externer Dienstleister in Zusammenarbeit mit der europäischen Finanzbuchhaltung
      • Administrative Bearbeitung der Inventuren für Leihstellungen
      • Auftragsbearbeitung der Gerätebestellungen unserer Kunden

      Anforderungen:

      • Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (oder ähnliche Qualifikation) sowie Berufserfahrung im Customer Service vorzuweisen
      • Idealerweise überzeugen Sie bereits durch ein Basiswissen im Bereich Medizintechnik / Gesundheitswesen / Diagnostik, gerne auch hinsichtlich Logistik / Supply Chain, sowie durch technisches Verständnis
      • Sie können eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein vorweisen und streben dank Ihres prozessorientierten und strukturiertes Denkens stetig nach Erfolg. Des Weiteren überzeugen Sie durch starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie eine ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
      • Sehr guter Umgang mit großen Datenmengen, ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
