Cybersecurity Engineer & Analyst (Cloud, Network & SIEM Focus)
For our client, an established Swiss company with international operations and a strong technological and security foundation, we are looking for an experienced, solution-oriented, and execution-driven individual for the position of:
Cybersecurity Engineer & Analyst (Cloud, Network & SIEM Focus)
In this key and multifaceted role, you will play an active part in protecting the company’s digital infrastructure against current and future cyber threats. You’ll work closely with various IT and business departments and apply your technical expertise to securing cloud platforms, networks, and SIEM systems.

Your tasks
- Manage and optimize modern SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Sentinel, or QRadar
- Secure cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) using best practices in identity, access, and configuration management
- Monitor and defend networks using IDS/IPS, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint detection tools
- Actively participate in incident response, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Automate recurring security tasks using Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Integrate external threat intelligence with internal telemetry to proactively detect and mitigate risks
Your profile
- Degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in IT security, especially with SIEM and cloud security tools
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, security protocols, and infrastructure hardening
- Hands-on experience with endpoint solutions such as Microsoft Defender or CrowdStrike
- Fluent in both German and English; French is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as AZ-500, CEH, (ISC)² CCSP, GCIH are a strong asset
- Structured, analytical, and independent working style with a strong sense of ownership and execution
