vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector

Your tasks:

• Support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives focused on regulatory reporting
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver analytics solutions
• Create and maintain comprehensive and diligent documentation related to analytics processes
• Assess and manage change requests initiated by the business
• Perform regular and ad-hoc data analyses and reporting duties
• Design, develop, validate, implement, and monitor models for Compliance processes and controls as needed

Your experience/knowledge:

• Strong banking background with emphasis on Compliance, Risk Management, or Legal functions
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a data scientist, ideally in a project environment
• Degree (BSc or MSc) in STEM, Economics or Finance disciplines
• Advanced database programming skills (e.g., SQL) and proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python)
• Experience with project management or business analysis
• Language skills: English
• Your soft skills:
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
