Data Analyst / Data Engineer

What Makes You a great Fit?

• While we’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team
• Professional experience working with data— exposure to data engineering concepts
• Proficient using SQL for querying and data manipulation, good understanding of query optimization and indexing, whether in RDBMS or big data environments
• Experience with cloud-based technology and solution design: e.g., experience with Microsoft Azure Products, Databricks
• Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python, Scala or R
• Hands-on experience across different stages of the data lifecycle—from data gathering and cleaning to visualization and reporting
• Interest or experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques, particularly in natural language processing or text analytics
• Previous experience in insurance is an advantage
• A can-do attitude, focused on delivering valuable, user-friendly solutions tailored to specific business challenges
• Eagerness to solve real business problems, with the persistence to see your recommendations through to implementation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus
