The regional Data and Analytics team is focused on driving AI adoption and data maturity in our business units across the regions by engaging with stakeholders to identify and solve their most pressing problems. As a Data Science Intern, you will be supporting the delivery of end-to-end AI/Analytical solutions using advanced data science and engineering techniques and best practices. You will be part of an agile and lean team delivering solutions across the APAC region.,

As a Data Sciene Intern your main responsibilities will involve:

• Lead discussion with the business stakeholders to better define the problem and identify and design the most suitable solution
• Deliver solutions using the latest techniques in data modelling, machine learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Gen AI
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of data science initiatives to improve customer engagement, business processes and product enhancements through automation and actionable insights
• Analyze and review complex data from multiple internal and external sources to make informed, authoritative technical/professional recommendations to improve business performance in the medium and longer term
• Engage with stakeholders to increase awareness and adoption of the solutions you build

Your Skills and Experience

• As a Data Science Intern your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science or other relevant subjects
• Able to lead and implement data science use cases to deliver measurable benefits
• Good knowledge of statistical and predictive modelling techniques such as machine learning, decision trees, probability networks, clustering, neural networks
• Experience in managing structured and unstructured data, including free text, images, web data and more
• Well versed in building on the cloud, best practices and languages such as Python
