vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector

Your tasks:

• Support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives with a focus on regulatory reporting
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to provide analytics solutions
• Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation
• Assess and manage change requests raised by the business
• Execute regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports
• Design, develop, validate, implement, and monitor models for compliance processes and control executions

Your experience/knowledge:

• Strong experience in banking with a focus on Compliance, Risk Management or Legal
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a data scientist, preferably in a project environment
• Degree in STEM, economics or banking and finance from a university of applied sciences
• Strong database programming skills (e.g. SQL) and proficiency in programming (e.g. Python)
• Experience in project management or business analysis
• Language skills: English fluent
• Your soft skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of diligence and attention to detail
