Provide production and operational support to data science teams, including incident resolution and standardized process execution. , • Collaborate with data and product teams to understand operational needs and ensure smooth data flow. , • Collaborate with data team to co-research and develop new technologies. , • Assist in documenting recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and standard processes for knowledge sharing. , • Contribute ideas and observations to continuously improve the stability and efficiency of data applications
Act as the first line of support for business stakeholders experiencing issues with data products and service issues, collecting details, and troubleshooting problems on the ground. , • Escalate issues, with full documentation, to the technical team for deeper analysis and resolution., • Monitor, support, and execute routine production tasks for data science applications and data pipelines., • Assist in documenting recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and standard processes for knowledge sharing and governance., • Help create and maintain shared code components and resources that can be reused across projects., • Contribute ideas and observations to continuously improve the stability and efficiency of data applications. , • Participate in R&D activities, focused on developing small, practical concepts, such as writing simple functions, comparing model performance, and conducting regression testing on models., • Work with Azure cloud services and data platforms, learning from specialists and applying best practices in a controlled environment
Required skills and qualifications
Basic knowledge of Python and data handling (such as data cleaning, formatting, or simple analysis). , • Familiarity with SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI). , • Understanding of basic data concepts. , • Problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail. , • Strong communication and teamwork skills. , • Interest in data science, analytics, and production support. , • Customer oriented and comfortable engaging with non-technical users, • Experience working in a technology or support function is a plus (internships or project work welcome). , • BSc/BA in any STEM discipline such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, applied sciences or other related technical and quantitative fields (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
