Develop new business in Switzerland by identifying, prospecting and acquiring new clients (SME’s, large accounts, Financial Institutions, collections partners).
Build and manage a qualified pipeline from lead generation to contact signature.
Ensure prospecting and qualification of opportunities with high-level contacts: CFOs, Treasury directors, Credit Managers as well as brokers.
Structure and execute outbound prospecting strategies (cold calls, networking, events,..).
Manage relation with other relevant departments (i.e. Legal, Group Debt Collection, Marketing etc.)
Contribute to the commercial strategy and provide market feedback specific to Switzerland.
Lead large deal negotiations, promote and follow-up evolutions on commercial features offered by the system (i.e. extranet, APIs etc.)
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Higher education Degree level (business school or university).
Good knowledge with IT tools: Microsoft 365°, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc
Proven experience of 5 years in BtoB sales ideally in a financial service (debt collection, credit management, financial service, insurance or consulting).
Strong hunter mindset with a demonstrated track record in new business acquisition.
Comfortable working in a performance driven environment

Fluency in German and English is a prerequisite; fluency in French is an asset
Able to build rapport and long-term relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to build productive networks.
