Responsible for Demand Planning KPI’s, as well as stock management & data library
Identify potential optimizations within assigned categories through the combination of analytical expertise with business acumen to interpret available data and to improve their performance
Analyze macro market information's and requirements to further develop our product categories
Oversee yearly collection development in cooperation with product managers, brand managers and marketing team
Supportive function with the broader sales division
What You’ll Bring:
Commercial or statistical education
Experience in the sporting goods industry is an advantage
First experience in sales or demand planning
Profound knowledge of SAP/Analysis and Excel
Affinity for figures, analytical thinking and data-driven decisiveness
Versed at managing uncertainty and bias, by using metrics to identify errors, and continuously improving stock performance
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to challenge assumptions, and navigating business complexity
Excellent communicative skills towards cross-functional divisions and different stakeholders, being a team-player with the emotional intelligence to soft-influence
Fluent language skills in English - other language skills are a plus
