YOUR ROLE

• Assist the Chef de Partie and kitchen leadership in the service operations, from prep to plating
• Execute dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency according to 5-star culinary standards
• Contribute to the identity of the venues by embracing their concepts and unique storytelling
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in accordance with HACCP and internal procedures
• Be proactive in your approach, from anticipating needs in the kitchen to suggesting fresh ideas
• Collaborate closely with your teammates, demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and team spirit in a fast-paced service environment
