As a you will be responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of Line Maintenance services and products in accordance with customer contracts and internal standards. This role involves managing the daily station operations, ensuring the availability of appropriate resources and skills, and maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality
Promote a proactive safety culture in line with company and regulatory policies
Ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS)
Enforce adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental protection protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials
Guarantee compliance with maintenance procedures, company policies, and customer contracts
Oversee aircraft servicing to ensure operational airworthiness and punctual departures
Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, and tools to ensure seamless operations
Implement and promote LEAN practices, including Continuous Improvement (CI) and 5S methodology
Supervise station staff, aligning task assignments with individual skills and capabilities
Foster team spirit, punctuality, discipline, and professionalism within the team
Conduct Personal Management Process (PMP) reviews and documentation for direct reports
Ensure effective shift handovers and open communication across all organizational levels
Support the Station Manager through clear reporting and operational oversight
Participate in customer-related calls and meetings, representing the station professionally
Maintain accurate and up-to-date time management records in compliance with company policy
Execute additional administrative duties as outlined in the MOD activities distribution list
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years' experience as a licensed aircraft engineer
Prior leadership experience (Supervisor, Shift Leader, or similar role)
Strong track record in managing manpower and resources effectively
Excellent communication skills with ability to convey operational issues and solutions
Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and quality procedures
English proficiency at B2/C1 level (verbal and written)
French fluent at B2/C1 (verbal and written)
Demonstrates customer-centric mindset and problem-solving attitude
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments
