Digital Marketing Manager (80% - 100%)

Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing activities, including social media, website management, SEO, and digital marketing projects
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Drive engagement and brand awareness through effective social media strategies across various platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute engaging content that aligns with the firm's goals.
Analyze digital performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
Monitor digital marketing trends and stay up-to-date on industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in website management, SEO, and social media management.
Proficiency in content creation and digital tools (i.e. SEO, SEA, photo & video editing, graphic design tools, HTML.)
Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Excellent communication skills in German and English (French is a plus).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
Additional certifications in digital marketing or related disciplines are a plus.
