Lead the development of advanced control strategies and AI-driven optimization to achieve significant energy and cost efficiencies
Partner with IT and operations leaders to embed real-time analytics and predictive insights into control platforms

What You Bring
10+ years in data center or building controls, energy management, and leading high-performing teams
Deep expertise in BMS, DCIM, PLC programming, and system integration
Strong analytical skills, energy modeling experience, and ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies

Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (Master’s preferred)
