Domain Manager Equipment and Business Owner (80-100%)

Your mission:

In this position you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of core Operations (OPS) support business (change Management) and Business Ownership. This position involves managing changes and projects at the national level for regional and military airports.

Your tasks:

• Support the group to ensure that assigned tasks relating to core OPS support business and external are delivered on time and to the correct level of quality
• Development and maintenance of procedures at the national level for all regional l and military airports
• Responsible for projects and initiatives to comply with the Skyguide process landscape
• Ensure correct coordination of issues with regional airports, military operations and regulators (FOCA (Federal office of civil aviation) and MAA (Military aviation authority)) 
• Represent all Units as Business Owner by aligning priorities at operations level

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Business Information, Engineering or Aviation
• Proven experience in business management, ideally in the domain of aviation
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and engage with stakeholders and regulators
• Teamwork: You give feedback promptly, honestly, and with the aim of achieving a constructive outcome or finding a solution
• Self-discipline: You set boundaries, manage your time effectively, and maintain focus on tasks without distractions
• Proficient in English written and orally, good command in German and/or French is a plus
• Deep interest in military affairs, Officer or Specialist Officer in the army (not mandatory, but an asset)
