Ihre Hauptaufgaben

• Einrichten, Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung unserer Produktionsmaschinen
• Überwachen und Optimieren der Rüst- und Produktionszeiten/ -abläufe nach Produktionsvorgaben
• Eingreifen, Beheben und Melden bei Qualitätsproblemen
• Mithilfe bei der Behebung von Störungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering und der Instandhaltung
• Betriebsdatenerfassung und Pflege des Prozessleitsystems nach Arbeitspapieren
• Mitarbeit bei Projekten und Versuchsaufträgen
• Strikte Einhaltung sämtlicher Sicherheitsvorschriften

Ihr Profil

• Sie besitzen praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Druck, Lackieren oder in einem technischen Umfeld und haben idealerweise ihre Lehre zum Druck- oder Medientechnologen erfolgreich abgeschlossen
• Unbeeinträchtigtes Farbsehen sowie die Bereitschaft im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten
• Sie handeln kundenorientiert und besitzen höchste Ansprüche an die Produktqualität
• Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
• Ein hohes Mass an Teamfähigkeit, Selbständigkeit und Belastbarkeit sowie gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägter Sinn für Ordnung
