We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor with at least 10 years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering. You have successfully completed an apprenticeship EFZ as an electrician or a comparable qualification and bring solid leadership experience. In addition to your technical expertise you demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and enjoy developing people.

Your Responsibilities - Lead and manage electrical teams in daily operations

• Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards • Plan coordinate and supervise electrical installations and projects
• Organize and allocate resources for projects and maintenance work
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues • Train coach and develop team members
• Collaborate closely with engineering production HSE and other departments

Your Profile - Completed apprenticeship EFZ as electrician or comparable qualification

• At least 10 years of professional experience in electrical engineering including several years in a leadership function
• Proven experience in people management and team motivation
• Strong knowledge of relevant norms and regulations such as NIN VDE EN
• Structured solution oriented and responsible working style
• Very good German language skills C1, English language skills are an advantage
