We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Administrative Support to join their team in Zug.

      Entry position in

      Administrative Support for KAM, Customer Service and Office Management

      Your tasks

      • Customer Service Management:

      o Handle customer inquiries (phone/email) from pharmacies, drugstores, and field forces

      o Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with logistics.

      o Manage EDI order systems and resolve delivery issues

      o Process customer complaints and forward to relevant departments

      o Document communications in CRM and SAP systems

      o Generate credit notes and archive business transactions

      • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Reporting:

      o Collaborate on customer service KPIs like order availability and on-time delivery

      • Compliance and Documentation:

      o Manage GMP-related documentation

      o Ensure compliance for sample requests from doctors

      • Special Projects and Administrative Support:

      o Assist with onboarding new hires and administrative tasks like ordering office supplies and business cards

      o Maintain employee lists and mail distribution lists

      o Support sales communications

      o Support invoice management

      Your Profile

      • You are a student or are looking for a first working experience
      • Willing to gain experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English, German and French
      • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
      • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization
