Was für uns zählt

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
• 5+ years' experience in UAE construction, preferably infrastructure and road projects
• Proven experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and tender preparation
• Strong understanding of UAE construction practices, rates, and market conditions
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Proficient in Excel and estimation software
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines
• Preferred: experience with roadworks, highways, bridges, utilities, drainage, and other infrastructure projects; familiarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE government tender requirements (RTA, municipalities, other public authorities)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EstimationEngineer to join our tendering and estimation team. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, analysing projectrequirements, preparing accurate quantity take-offs, and converting tenderrequirements into clear, measurable, and priceable bill items. The rolerequires strong technical knowledge of infrastructure and road constructionprojects and a solid understanding of the UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for infrastructure and road construction projects
• Convert tender requirements into clear, measurable, and priceable BOQ items
• Analyse project scope, identify risks and opportunities, and support bid strategy development
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and tendering teams during bid preparation
• Prepare technical and commercial cost breakdowns for management review
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, local regulations, and company procedures
• Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives during the tender stage
