EVENT MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (80-100%)

Main tasks

A unique opportunity to take full ownership of marketing and communications for a leading European medical association during a 12-month maternity cover. You will plan and deliver engaging digital campaigns, create content across various communication channels, and manage marketing projects from concept to execution. The role also includes occasional international travel to support communications and event activities onsite at major congresses.

Your profile

• A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a similar field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a marketing or communications role
• Experience in delivering engaging campaigns across digital media platforms
• Experience in content writing and creating mailing and social media campaigns
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite/Sprout, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• A client-focused mindset with a passion for working in a fast-paced industry
• Business-fluent English (other languages are a plus)
• Availability to travel internationally 1–2 times per year for congresses
