      The opportunity 

      We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in their day-to-day responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our HR leadership team by ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of key administrative and strategic tasks.

      How You’ll Make an Impact

      • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements for the CHRO

      • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism

      • Handle confidential business and personnel information with discretion

      • Act as a liaison between the CHRO and internal/external stakeholders

      • Support the preparation of speeches, conferences, and internal communications

      • Take ownership of the CHRO’s agenda and ensure priorities are met

      • Conduct basic research and draft correspondence as needed.

      • Coach and review the work of junior administrative staff

      • Contribute to project coordination and process improvements

      Your Background

      • Minimum 7 years of experience in executive-level administrative support, ideally in a multinational environment

      • Experience in managing confidential information and working with senior stakeholders

      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

      • Ability to work independently and handle complex tasks with limited supervision

      • Discretion, reliability, and a proactive mindset

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools

      • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
