We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in their day-to-day responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our HR leadership team by ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of key administrative and strategic tasks.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements for the CHRO
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
Handle confidential business and personnel information with discretion
Act as a liaison between the CHRO and internal/external stakeholders
Support the preparation of speeches, conferences, and internal communications
Take ownership of the CHRO’s agenda and ensure priorities are met
Conduct basic research and draft correspondence as needed.
Coach and review the work of junior administrative staff
Contribute to project coordination and process improvements
Your Background
Minimum 7 years of experience in executive-level administrative support, ideally in a multinational environment
Experience in managing confidential information and working with senior stakeholders
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle complex tasks with limited supervision
Discretion, reliability, and a proactive mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
