      Our mission is to conceive and deploy innovative interventions to restore motor functions after central nervous system disorders, especially spinal cord injury, and to translate our findings into clinical applications capable of improving the quality of life for people with motor impairments

      In order to support Professor Grégoire Courtine in his administrative activities (including the .Neurorestore center), EPFL is seeking a highly motivated individual who will accompany the everyday operations of the director. This position involves commuting between Geneva (Campus Biotech) and Lausanne (CHUV), according to the director schedule

      Job Responsibilities

      • General correspondence for the director (emails, letters, phone…)
      • Management of the director agenda
      • Daily interactions with the director to adapt to changes
      • Liaise with internal (deanships, VPA, laboratories…) and external stakeholders for meeting organization
      • Support in prioritizing meetings and travels
      • Organization of the director meetings (planning, logistics, expense management)
      • Act as first point of contact for the director
      • Travel organization (flights, trains, hotels, expense management)
      • Organization of events, including the .NeuroRestore Symposium held twice a year
      • Support to document preparation and document management for the director

      Varia

      • This position will require a smooth coordination with the other administrative assistants at .Neurorestore center
      • Other administrative tasks requested by the director
      • Continuous training
      • French is required, English proficiency is mandatory
      • Flexibility and pro-activity are essential for this position
      • Organization skills are essential, as well as attention to details
      • Daily availability in Lausanne or Geneva
