EXPORT & IMPORT SPECIALIST

Your Mission

You will be responsible for the preparation of transport documentation and international shipments related to customers and products under your responsibility. You will ensure that all documents, including invoices and export documents, are prepared accurately and in compliance with international export regulations.

You will act as a key coordination point between internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to ensure that shipments are organized efficiently and in line with customer requirements. Ensuring that confirmed shipping dates and transport instructions are strictly respected will be an essential part of your role.

Operating in a dynamic and international environment, you will contribute to the smooth execution of global logistics operations by anticipating constraints, coordinating transport solutions, and ensuring compliance with export procedures.

In addition, you will:

• Prepare transport documentation, including invoices and export documents, in compliance with international export regulations
• Ensure that shipments respect customers’ confirmed delivery dates and transport instructions
• Organize transport for international exhibitions worldwide under ATA Carnet procedures
• Coordinate and organize strategic imports using multimodal transport solutions (train, sea, air, and road)

Your Profile

• CFC d’employé de commerce or equivalent qualification
• Export certification/brevet would be a strong advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of E-DEC and Passar
• Experience working with an ERP system
• Proven experience in an import/export department
• Experience with triangular trade flows
• Knowledge and/or experience in sales order management
• Native French speaker, fluent in English (German is a plus)
