In this role you will be responsible for Facility Management and Building Security for site Baden in Switzerland supporting the needs of the operational business.
Reporting to the head of management systems, you will run the day-to-day operations of Facility Management and Building Security as well as driving strategic and continuous improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency of this function.
Your responsibilities:
Developing and implementing the facility management and security strategies for site Baden Plans and implements cleaning, maintenance, testing and inspection schedules to ensure the facility is operating safely and efficiently, maximize the life of equipment, reduce risk of failure, and meet statutory obligations. Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental regulations Ensuring proper security measures and procedures for the workplace, including emergency preparedness Ensures appropriate maintenance, inspection and testing activities for all emergency and fire safety equipment and systems are carried out and records are kept. Lead, develop, and manage the Facility Management and Security team and ensure continuous improvement of processes and drive innovation within this team
Your background:
Proven experience in leadership (managerial or project management) Minimum of 5 years work experience in Facility Management and/or Security Strong service orientation and drive to learn and improve, strong process orientation Strong communication skills Experience in lean management and process management Good command of English and German, both spoken and written
